A Menopause Specialist Who Actually Listens
I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Health Coach, and Certified Menopause Specialist — and I built this online menopause counseling practice because too many women are being dismissed, misdiagnosed, and left to figure it out alone.
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
State-licensed to provide individual psychotherapy and mental health treatment, with specialized training in anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma.
Certified Health Coach
Nationally certified to support clients in building sustainable lifestyle habits around nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress — with a whole-person, non-diet approach.
Certified Menopause Specialist
Specialized certification in the clinical, hormonal, and psychological dimensions of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause — including HRT education and integrative approaches.
Why I do this work
For years, I watched women come into my counseling practice describing symptoms that were clearly hormonal — the anxiety that came out of nowhere, the rage, the brain fog, the feeling that they were losing themselves — and being told by their doctors that everything looked fine.
They weren't fine. They were in perimenopause. And nobody had told them.
I pursued my Certified Menopause Specialist credential because I wanted to be the kind of practitioner I wish these women had found sooner. Someone who could hold both the emotional and the physiological. Someone who wouldn't dismiss what they were experiencing as stress or aging or 'just life.'
This work is deeply personal to me. Every woman who walks through my virtual door deserves to feel heard, informed, and genuinely supported — not just handed a pamphlet and sent home.
How I work
You are the expert on your own body
I bring clinical knowledge and specialized training. You bring lived experience and self-knowledge. The best outcomes happen when we work as partners.
Symptoms are information, not weakness
Hot flashes, mood changes, sleep disruption, brain fog — these aren't character flaws. They're your body communicating. My job is to help you understand and respond to what it's saying.
There is no one-size-fits-all
Every woman's menopause is different. I don't use cookie-cutter protocols. We build a plan that fits your body, your history, your life, and your goals.
Whole-person care
Mental health and physical health are not separate. I hold both — the emotional weight of this transition and the practical, physiological realities — in every session.
